Shure SME 3009 type II Classic, quality tonearm, in immaculate condition. There is no pitting or marring of any kind on the arm wand.
This tonearm is with the affixed headshell - said to sound better than the removable headshell.
this is a 8.5 of 10 point tonearm. Extremely nice condition, except for the oem connectors slight oxidation. asking $300 FIRM!! (was $325 before price drop) - LOW-BALLERS WILL NOT BE REPLIED TO. Buyer pays all fees, shipping and insurance; including +3% PayPal if that route is chosen.

sme3009 t.II tonearm w/ OEM cable and connectors, mounting template, mounting screws, anti-skate weights and pulley, instruction manual and warranty card (expired) - no cartridge included! The only thing I can be critical about this arm is the oem cables have a classic patina to the connectors. They need to be deoxidized, or, to be replaced. Other than that slight blemish, this arm is in fantastic shape.
All the leads have been scoped out for continuity, and all checked out fine. I'm selling it because I built a custom transcription turntable with three 12" tonearms. I originally bought this arm for that project; then decided on longer arms for it, and put this one aside. I never used it, and am offering it at a discount below what I bought it for.
